Gaze into these eyes of hatred
Stand before you leave this world, of ruin
War has spoiled me

Fear will destroy us, no peace, no solace
From the (core) smallest seed of boon, grows monstrous weakness
And the lie fastens marching legions
With the helm spinning, waging bloodshed

In darkness, I have braved the bustling oceans
Drowning in nectar, of your sickly madness
I shall swim down not with hands so broken
Release this burden from me

Rise and you will love and fear me
In time you'll see, there is but God in man

Hate will become you, wield courage and truth
From the (ash) thicket of a wreck, grow roses of grace
Not the sword but the flags of reason
With the sun setting, on our freedom

Gaze into these eyes of hatred
