In multi-nucleated cells
Vascular channels are scanty
Mitosis are infrequent, there is much
Necrosis, and decalcification in
The necrotic areas is common

Much fat present, the material gives
A strongly positive fuchsinophil reaction
The appearance are those of a
Malignant tumor of the adrenal cortex
